Generally, after purchasing and payment is clear. We will send a email to buyers to confirm the size again. If the size is wrong, we will help buyers to choose a size. If the size is right, we will ship the dress ASAP. But if we don't receive any response, we usually wait 2 days and ship the dress on the third day. So if you want to get the dress ASAP, please leave us a message that you have confirmed the size when you purchased a dress, we will ship the dress immediately.

For shipping methods, we can only use EMS for P.O. box address. And we will firstly choose DHL to ship to south and north America, Europe. About asia, we will choose EMS firstly, including Australia, Russia and new zealand. However, we will use DEPX to ship to singapore and malaysia. DPEX is the same price with EMS, but it is faster than EMS. Anout Middle East, we will use Aramex to ship our dress. If you want to choose certain shipping method, please leave a message when purchasing.

Return and Exchange

All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we got from cutomers. We are trying our best to satisfy all customers. All ordered placed on our website need to obey follwing policies under any condtion.

Return:

- We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping times.

- Your requests must be received within 48 hours after we receive your order by email, otherwise we will not accept.

- Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions.

- For customer made size dresses, we can not offer any return, please find a professional tailor to measure you in order to have the dress fit your body. But we can revise it for you if you can pay for shipping back fee.

- For standard size dresses, if there are any size problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customers shall submit the photographs to sale@promdressesol.com and our customer service may have the designated personnel to deal with the dispute and a reply will be offered within 48hours.

- We don't take any responsibility for the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 5 business days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before without any return and exchange.

- We can not offer refund because of the late remittance of your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.

- We make dresses strictly according to the confirmation email you confirmed. The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.

- We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design can not be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

- All returned items must be in original package and condition. If there are any stains, dirty spots and so on, we shall not offer refund. And you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (for example, if you order item value is USD 150, the refund is USD 105), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.

Exchange:

-Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange.

- Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission code; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged.

- Please use Post Office to ship back items to us, if use TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes.

We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 48 hours after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.

If you want to customize a dress to your own measurements, processing time will be longer by around 15 days.
